Workout with benefits? 8/20/2007
I'm curious about what success anyone out there has
had finding a workout buddy and treating each other to sex
play as a reward for getting into shape. I'm trying
this to get back into shape after slacking off and gaining
more than 10 pounds. I'm guessing that sex with a sweaty
musky workout bud will get hotter and hotter as we trim down
and shape up--sort of like "carrot and stick"

athlete to TS? 2/13/2007
I used to be a high school athlete. Since coming to college,
my muscle tone has softened. I want to shed my unneeded athletic
bulk for a more feminine figure. What excersizes are good
for this? I have muscular, but not feminine arms, and the
giveaway man-belly. How can I become the woman of my dreams?

Women and their bodies 10/22/2006
While at the gym yesterday, I noticed 3 very attractive
women working out in really tight and revealing spandex.
Other women looked at them sideways and I could almost feel
the jealousy. Women-- Not everyone is into peole like that
and there's no reason to be jealous. Most men like average
sized women anyway. I actually get turned off by women who
expect men to gawk at them.

Is there anyone who can help me with some fast and easy quick

I am looking for 20 or 30 minute routines that you can do before
going out for the evening. So no heavy sweating

Heavy weight reps vs. heavy weight holding. What's better? 6/4/2006
I've got a friend who read an article the other day that
said that on your max-out days ifyou were to hold your upmost-can't-lift-an-ounce-more
max for 60 seconds and do this four times that it would be
just as good as doing 2 reps of ten w/the same weight and still

swimming for me 9/13/2005
I love exercise, I swim 3 – 5 times a week and yes it does make
a difference to how you feel. Now as for going the gym done
that in my youth and no it does not appeal to me now…

Simple Fast Effective workout 9/13/2005
This is an old workout routine, and has been around for almost
a century...the reason it has been is it works. You can carry
all your exercise eguipment in a shirt pocket. All you need
is a deck of cards and a way to keep track of the time. Depending
on your level of fitness try starting out with aces - 5's.

Good face structure 9/7/2005
I dont know how many other people experience this too, but
whenever I stop working out (for about 2-3 days) my face
is the first thing to look fat. It's wierd, after I work
out, my face chisels into a V-shape kind of thing. It looks
very sexy, but when I stop working briefly, it quickly widens,
